We have a strong duty of care to protect the health and wellbeing of all members, and provide a wide range of advice and assistance, all in strict confidence.
We also have a care for the mental health of our members, and we currently have two qualified Mental Health First Aiders who are available to provide support and information for any person in a crisis. They can be contacted by members by telephone, text, or email. We can then advise and assist by telephone or in person.
The majority of our Delegates have also attended courses in mental health first aid.
Accidents at work, or travelling to and from work, are covered by membership, and for members’ immediate family too. We provide access to a very good firm of personal injury lawyers.

The RBA is committed to challenging any bully – particularly in order to prevent mental ill health, rather than to spot the signs when it may already be too late.
